INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Integrated Management System is a risk management tool set up by Draper's Civil Contracting Pty Ltd. Its aim is primarily to meet the requirements of the CCF Civil Construction Management Code 2000. This code is a combination of the requirements of ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001 and AS/NZS 4804 as they relate to:

• The minimum requirements set down by CCF for the civil construction industry,
• Our business needs and
• Our client or project requirements.

Draper's Civil Contracting Pty Ltd. aim is to achieve certification to the CCF Civil Construction Code 2000 as the first step in establishing a management system.

After continuous improvement, maintaining the certification by audits each year, and assessing our clients needs, Draper's Civil Contracting Pty Ltd will be able to decide if we need to extend our system to achieve full certification to each individual standard or code.
