ROAD / DRAINAGE / SUBDIVISIONS /
INFRASTRUCTURE

Draper’s Civil Contracting Pty Ltd specialises in constructing subdivisional and major roads within the Geelong and Surfcoast areas. We are experienced in construction of stormwater drains from 150mm diameter to 2100mm diameter in varying depth ranges.  Draper’s Civil Contracting Pty Ltd are also prequalified to undertake Vic Roads Projects.

Completed Projects

  • Numerous residential subdivisions within the City of Greater Geelong and Surfcoast Shire.
    Civil works include Earthworks, Roads, Drainage, Sewer, Water, and Gas installation.
  • Queenscliff Harbour Re-development Stages 1, 2 & 3 - Client: Queenscliff Harbour Pty Ltd
    Construction of 400 berth marina. Including 20,000m2 of pavement construction and associated services
  • Wiltons Road, Ocean Grove
    5515Lm meters of Street Re-construction including installation of Drainage.
  • Torquay Sands Golf Development - Client: Private Developer.
    Golf Course drainage as well as Road, Drainage, Sewer, Water & Gas reticulation for new 400 lot residential subdivisions.
  • Thirteenth Beach Golf Course - Client: Private Developer.
    Golf Course development. Road, Drainage, Sewer & Water reticulation for 150 Lot residential subdivision.
  • Orton Street Road and Drainage Works – Client: COGG
    Re-construction of 5000m2 of pavement including drainage to 1350mm dia and 1800mm Box Culverts. Civil works included the installation of large stormwater pipes and Box Culverts along Oroton Street, Ocean Grove and the construction of a new road inclusive of kerb and channelling. The works were undertaken required constant liasing with local residents.
  • Culzean Crescent, Highton – Client: COGG
    Civil works included the installation of 2100mm diameter pipes in the middle of the road alignment. This facility is to be utilised as a stormwater storage retention system.
  • Clifton Springs Outfall Drainage Works, Clifton Springs – Client: COGG
    Civil works included the installation of a large diameter outfall drain and the stabilisation of the cliff face. Also constructed was a large endwall that was situated at sea level.
  • Ford Proving Ground Lara – Client: Ford Motor Company of Australia
    100,000m3 Earthworks, 60,000m2 skid pan pavement, pipework and concreting
  • Angelsea Proving Ground
    70,000m2 of pavement including 800m2 of tiled testing surface.
    Construction of 50meg poly lined dam.
  • Kithbrooke Retirement Village
    Construction of 150 Village Lots including Wetlands System.
    Construction of 3,000lm Sewer Rising Main including pump station.
